COMMISSION & REFERRAL PROGRAM POLICY

1. Commission for Clients
  • Clients who advertise through our platform can earn a commission for every successful sale or lead generated through their banner.
  • Commission rates will be based on the selected plan and performance metrics.
  • Payouts are processed after verifying the sales or leads.
  • The minimum payout threshold .

2. Referral Program
  • Users can refer new customers to our platform and earn a reward for every successful referral.
  • A referral is considered successful when the referred customer completes a purchase or subscription.
  • Referral rewards can be in the form of cash, discounts, or credits for future purchases.
  • Each user gets a unique referral link to track their referrals.

3. Payment & Withdrawal
  • Commissions and referral earnings will be credited to the user’s account.
  • Withdrawals can be requested once the minimum balance is reached.
  • Payments will be processed through [Bank Transfer, or any chosen method] within 9 business days.

4. Non-Eligibility & Fraud Prevention
  • Self-referrals or fake accounts will not be counted.
  • Fraudulent activity, such as spamming referral links, will lead to disqualification.
  • The company reserves the right to change or discontinue the program at any time.
REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refund:
  • Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect banners. If it is not made in the language given by the client, then a refund will be given.
  • Custom or personalized banners are refundable.

2. Refund Request Process:
  • Customers must request a refund within 9 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of defect or error (photos/videos) must be submitted with the request.
  • Refund requests should be sent via email at banwarisept1997@gmail.com or through our customer service portal.

3. Refund Processing:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 9 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Incorrect orders due to customer mistakes (wrong size, design, or text).
  • Slight color differences due to screen variations.
  • Banners damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

5. Returns & Replacements:
  • If a banner is defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Customers may be required to return the defective item before a refund or replacement is processed.
